Thoughts

Isn’t it interesting, that human beings act according to their societies’ expectations.

In days of old, when there were no nursing homes, no old age facilities, the elder rarely was incapacitated for longer than a few days or sometimes weeks. Death often came as instantly as a breeze and people were thought to merely die from old age.

Modern society expects dementia, Alzheimer’s, wasting away, organ failure, cancer and chronic disease, and because of public marketing and advertising of those illnesses and the constant selling of those concepts, the public obediently accommodates them as they age.

What if you aimed toward a much older generation and emulated their end? What would happen? How would people live? How would they die?

Aging can be a simple act of re-programming. Ignore the television and the expectations of the medical field. Choose your own destiny. Choose your own end. You were given 120 years to live on this planet. Fulfill God’s plan for you, not Man’s.
