The Simple Way

It’s funny how humankind likes to dress up and ornament religious life, especially when there really is no need to.

The Godhead requires so very little to keep It satisfied. The Gita says to offer a leaf or a flower. Simplicity, that is the Key to life. The KISS principle: Keep It Simple Sweetie (not “Stupid”).

When humankind was given worlds to walk in and oversee, that little bit of the “chip off the old block” became both a boon and a hindrance.

“Yes, you can run the place,” but “No, you are not in control.” Seems like a contradiction, doesn’t it?

Humankind is supposed to be like an ambassador sent to another country to represent a distant Kingdom. If the ambassador starts acting of their own accord, forgetting they represent the Kingdom, things can go awry.

It is important that the human remember they represent the Godhead’s Kingdom, their Creator, and not forget that very important point.

They are the ambassador. Their job is to consult and act according to the wishes of their leader, not to run amok, acting on their own devices.

The Kingdom of the Godhead is a simple, gentle place. It only requires loyalty and love from its followers to give back the same.

So the dressing up and ornamentation of religious life is often just that. The core is the most important.

            Take care to keep perspective.

             Remember and be loyal.

Love and you will be loved.

Abandon ship, and you will be as one tossed on a tempestuous sea of frustration.

            We await your decision.

The simple choice— The simple way.

  1. So simple and straight forward; humankind’s free will choices seem to play havoc with the simplicity of God’s plans. I hope we are learning from our history of making the same mistakes over and over again. I believe we are in a time of change and gatherings of like-minded people who will gather all believers of Our Godhead and lead the rest of humanity to the truth.

    • I agree with you, Zara, God’s way is always the easier. And yes it is amazing how many believers of all cultures and faiths are uniting to expound the same truths. Let us hope our voices are the loudest ones in these days of turmoil and unrest. This is the time for prayer to seek the best of all outcomes, Heaven on earth. Then the transition from the physical to spirit would hardly cause a ripple in the day. Shalom.
